Guess what ... BitterSweet Chocolate’s ‘Chocolate Heaven’ workshops are unmissable!

Based close to the M1 (J24) and M42 our chocolate workshop is conveniently located in the centre of the Country between Derby Leicester and Nottingham. With a cosy group of (no more than) 12 guests, these three hour sessions offer more than just the odd chocolate at the end. With chocolate fondue available throughout, guests will get the opportunity to make and decorate a pack of 50 fresh cream truffles, as well as chocolate lollipops and discs.

Accompanied by an initial glass of wine or orange juice, guests are encouraged to have fun and eat as much chocolate as they can whilst enjoying a light-hearted look at chocolate’s origins and the industry’s definition of quality chocolate. Alongside a light dusting of fun facts and figures, you’ll find this modest family firm is out to help you share their passion for chocolate in all its guises and the main objective of your workshop is to relax and enjoy the chocolate.

If you’re concerned about your waistline, then don’t be, BitterSweet Chocolates has teamed up with a local family-run gym and for a little extra you can enjoy a 2 course light lunch at a Michelin listed restaurant and the Icke Fitness swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym for the other half of your day!

Come on your own or with friends. To make your event even more special, parties of 8 or more can request an exclusive chocolate making session. This makes us particularly suitable for private parties, hen parties, office parties and team/relationship building courses.

Maximum number of people on a course is 12. Minimum age is 11 and we request that anyone under the age of 16 is accompanied by a paying adult. Sorry, but due to limited space we cannot allow any non-paying spectators.
