Tiramisu is a delicious blend of amaretto and espresso coffee. Normally when we create a centre it will have a natural flavour fit with either milk white or dark chocolate. With the Tiramisu we just couldn't decide whether it was better with milk chocolate or dark chocolate - so we've kept both.

Try this dark version if you like a hint of bitterness. If you prefer sweeter and smoother try the milk chocolate version
