We use Royal Mail First Class post to ship our goods within the UK. For all other regions we use Air Mail small packet service for speed and economy. Please contact us for the costs of overseas shipping.
We will normally despatch your order within 3 working days. Please ensure that the name and address you provide is correct and that delivery to the recipient is possible. If your order is for a special occasion, a birthday for example, advise of that date in the appropriate section and we will endeavour to deliver the goods on your preferred date. This is not guaranteed and we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries as a result of the failure of the delivery service.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure your order is despatched in perfect condition and believe that you will be delighted with it. If you should not be entirely satisfied or if the goods are damaged or defective we will provide you with a complete refund of the cost of the damaged or defective items, subject to you informing us of your complaint by email prior to the goods going out of date, and returning the items to us. Alternatively, we can send replacement items instead. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
