Brigadiero filled half egg

Half a hand moulded high quality milk chocolate Easter Egg crammed with Brazilian chocolate speciality, Brigadiero. This is a traditional Brazilian sweet that we first created when we attended a local festival dedicated to Brazil. 

Brigadiero falls somewhere between fudge and a brownie and you can eat it how you like best.. by the spoonful, or just take a big bite!
