These handmade fresh cream truffles are made with a flavoursome white rum crafted by White Peak Distillery. The rum has complex flavours that are complemented by the rich dark flavour notes of our dark chocolate. They are at their best when savoured slowly allowing time for the flavours to mingle on the palate
White Peak Distillery brew and distill whisky, rum and gin and are based on the edge of the Peak District Derbyshire, about 10 miles from our production workshop
